The Anxiety Resource Center is excited to offer a book club designed for individuals who are seeking connection while managing anxiety. You’ll find a supportive environment, thoughtful discussions (no pressure to share), a chance to build confidence and connection at your own pace, and a safe space to gently step outside your comfort zone.
